1. Leave granted.
2. The present appeals are filed challenging the orders
dated 16.05.2023 and 15.12.2023 passed by the learned
Single Judge of the High Court in Cr. Misc. No.62411 of
2022 and in Criminal Misc. No.72655 of 2023, rejecting the
application of the appellant seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with Complaint Case No.175 of 2022, dated
29.03.2022, registered for the offences punishable under
Sections 498A, 379, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal
Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. This Court vide the order dated 31.07.2024 had
granted interim protection to the appellant, which has
continued till this date.
4. The learned counsel for the appellant states that the

as and when called and shall abide by any condition that
may be imposed by the Trial Court.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
case, we are inclined to accept the present appeals.
Hence, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the
appellant in connection with Complaint Case No.175 of 2022,
dated 29.03.2022, registered for the offences punishable
under Sections 498A, 379, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian
Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibiton Act, he
shall be released on bail on the terms and conditions that
may be imposed by the Trial Court.
6. It goes without saying that any breach of the
conditions that may be imposed by the Trial Court for
releasing him on bail, shall entail cancellation of the
bail.
7. Subject to the afore-stated, the present appeals are
allowed.
8. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed
of.
