Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

petitioner has filed representation dated 26.02.2024 (Annexure-7)

for the change in category after the demise of her husband during

the selection process and requested the respective authorities to

amend her category and consider her candidature in the OBC

Widow category.

It is further submitted that the respondent Department has

not adjudicated the said representation. Moreover, due to the non

consideration of the said representation another representation

dated 11.03.2024 (Annexure-9) was filed by the petitioner

however, respondent has not considered the same till date.

On directions of this Court, Ms. Sara Parveen on behalf of

Shri Kapil Prakash Mathur, AAG accepts notices.

Considering the short controversy involved in the instant

matter i.e. non-consideration of representation. This Court is of

the opinion that the representations filed by the petitioner shall be

considered as per dictum of Pawan Meena vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors. reported in (SBCWP No. 1665/2024;

Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792) and circular dated

19.02.2024 passed by Chief Secretary, Rajasthan within a period

of 30 days, strictly in accordance with law by following the

principles of natural justice.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending

applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
