Issue notice(s) to the respondents in the main as also in CM,
returnable within a period of four weeks for filing reply with an advance
copy to other side.
Requisites within a period of one week.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner in respect of his prayer for
grant of interim relief and considered his submissions. Perused the interim
application which is supported by an affidavit. Also perused the main
petition and the copies of documents, enclosed with same as annexures
thereto.
List on 5th March, 2025.
Meanwhile, till next date before the Bench and subject to any
modification, vacation or alteration upon consideration of reply/arguments,
the respondent No’s 1-6 under the command of respondent No.3-Dy.
Commissioner, Kupwara are directed to immediately revisit the Order No.
MC/Kup/24-25/1455 dated 27.12.2024, issued by the respondent No. 6 in
the light of averments made in the writ petition after affording opportunity
of being heard to the petitioner-association.
A status report shall be filed before this Court within a period of two
weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
