1. On 17th January, 2025, this Court allowed CRL. M (BAIL) 97/2025
granting interim bail to the Appellant. However, inadvertently, the said order
did not mention the FIR in respect of the order under suspension.
Accordingly, the matter has been listed on urgent mentioning.

2. In light of the above, it is directed that the Petitioner be released on
interim bail in respect of FIR 91/2017 under Sections 363/376/506 of the
Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from
Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station Jaffarpur Kalan.

3. There shall be interim suspension of sentence for a period of two
weeks and Appellant shall be released on interim bail for a period of two
weeks, on furnishing a bail bond for a sum of INR 50,000/- with one surety
of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail

Superintendent/ Trial Court/ Duty Metropolitan Magistrate on the following
conditions:

(a) The Appellant shall surrender before the concerned Trial Court, on or
before the expiry of two weeks from the date of release;

(b) The Appellant shall, under no circumstance, leave the NCT of Delhi,
without permission of the Trial Court, during the period of his release on
interim bail;

(c) The Appellant shall, during the period of his release, provide the
address where he would be residing, and shall not change the address
without informing the concerned IO/ SHO;

(d) The Appellant shall appear before the learned Trial Court as and when
directed;

(e) The Appellant shall, upon his release, give his mobile number to the
concerned IO/SHO and shall keep his mobile phone switched on at all times.

(f) The Appellant shall not commit any offence during the period of his
release on interim bail.

4. The copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent via email for
information and necessary compliance.
