1. The petitioner is aggrieved of the fact that despite having
carried out selection process pursuant to an advertisement notice
published on 23.07.2024 read with corrigendum dated 05.08.2024
and the petitioner having participated in the selection process for
the engagement as Aaya for the Primary School, Sathar, tehsil
Akhnoor, the selection authorities are sitting over the final outcome
of the selection process for no reason whatsoever and by that reason
the petitioner is apprehending that the selection authorities, in fact,
are bent upon to self frustrate the selection process.
2. Prima facie case is made out.
3. Issue notice to the respondents.
4. Petitioner to furnish registered postal covers for the service
of the respondents, whereupon the Registrar Judicial, Jammu to
issue notices to the respondents.
5. List on 25.02.2025.

6. In the meantime, no fresh advertisement to be issued by
the respondents with respect to the selection/engagement of Aaya
with respect to the Primary School, Sathar, tehsil Akhnoor in
supersession of the advertisement notice dated 23.07.2024 read
with corrigendum dated 05.08.2024.
