ORDER

1. Mr. Ajay Abrol, learned counsel for the appellant, very
candidly admits that because of an impression that some of the
respondents, in whose favour the costs imposed by the Hon’ble
Supreme Court of India is meant to be payable, have expired, as
such, appellant remained under confusion as to the manner in
which the said costs are to be paid and to whom.
2. In order to dispel the confusion of the appellant, this Court
directs the appellant to deposit per ahead costs with the Registrar
Judicial of this Court by or before the next date of hearing.
3. Issue notice to the respondents except the deceased
respondents with respect to whom the appellant is directed to come
up with a requisite motion for bringing on record the legal
representatives.
4. Send for the record of file No. 14/Reference of 2008 titled
“Zamindaran Sungli Sher Singh and others Vs. Collector, Land
2 RFA No. 61/2024
Acquisition, Bhaderwah and another” from the court of the
Principal District Judge, Bhaderwah decided on 22.12.2017.
5. List on 03.03.2025.
6. In the meantime, operation of the impugned award dated
22.12.2017 shall remain stayed given the fact that the appellant has
already deposited the differential compensation amount with this
Court.
