HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No. 20342 of 2012 and 34450 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioners in both the writ
petitions submits that the Government has issued
G.O.Ms.No.279, Revenue (Assn.-1) Department dated
04.07.2016 and in pursuance of the same the Government has
issued Memo No.16092/Assn-II/1/2013, dated 06.03.2018;
and that these writ petitions can be disposed of directing the
respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of
the aforesaid G.Os.
The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant
Government Pleader for Revenue.
In view of the same, both the writ petitions are disposed of
directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners
in terms of the aforesaid G.O.Ms.No.279, dated 04.07.2016 and
the subsequent Memo dated 06.03.2018. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to the disposal of these petitions,
miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
