Mr. Bhagwat Mehra, counsel for the
petitioner appeared through V.C.

2. Mr. Pankaj Miglani, counsel for the
respondent no.1 appeared through V.C.

3. Mr. Yogesh Chandra Tiwari along with Mr.
N. D. Bhatt, learned Standing Counsels for the
State/respondent no.2.

4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that
the petitioner be permitted to participate in the
interview for the post of Assistant Professor for
which the tentative list has been prepared by the
concerned authority.

5. To this, counsel for the respondent no.1
would submit that the case has been heard more
than five times by the Division Bench and the
petitioner could not make out her case on the law
and facts; that, merely for the reason that the date
of the interview has been fixed does not give any
urgency in the matter when the petitioner does not
have the case.

He seeks and is granted three weeks time to
file detailed counter affidavit in the present case.
