Heard Mr. A.M. Ahmed, learned counsel for the accused and also heard Mr. K.K.
Parasar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, appearing for the State respondent.

This bail application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita
Page No.# 2/2

(BNSS), 2023, is preferred by the accused, namely, Mamunur Rashid, who has been
languishing in jail hazot since 12.09.2022, in connection with Sessions Case No.10/2023,
arising out of Barpeta P.S. Case No.763/2022 under Section 120B/121/121A IPC, read
with Section 17/18/18(B)/19/20 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967, pending
in the Court of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Barpeta, for grant of bail.

Having heard the submission of learned Advocates of both sides, it is provided that
Registry shall call for up to date status report along with the scanned copy of the record
from the learned Trial Court, fixing the matter on 29.01.2025.
