Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner named above has been made accused in
connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023 (Cyber
Crime Case No. 37 of 2023) for the offence under Sections 419, 420,
467, 468, 471 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(B),
66(C), 66(D) and 84(C) of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned
Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime,
Deoghar.
Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected twice
by this Court on merit. Prayer for bail of the petitioner is being renewed
on the ground that the petitioner has been languishing in jail custody
since 06.04.2023.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the
petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing
bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two
sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court
below.
