Prayer for an oral hearing of the review petition is

being communicated to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the
same have not yet been cured.
Further, there is an inordinate delay of 1851 days in filing
this review petition.
However, we have carefully perused the review petition as

of delay as well as on merits.
