In the instant petition, the petitioners have sought jurisdiction
under Section 528 of BNSS thereby challenging FIR No. 0013/2024
dated 20.01.2024 for the commission of offences under Section 447, 427,
354, 323 IPC registered with Police Station Poonch.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that since the civil
dispute is already going on between the petitioners and husband of
respondent No. 2, as a result of which, the instant FIR has been lodged
against the petitioners.
Notice to the respondents in the main petition as well as interim
application, returnable within four weeks. Requisite steps for service
within one week.
List on 25.02.2025.
Meanwhile, subject to objections and till next date before the
Bench, Investigating Officer is directed to proceed with the investigation,

however, the Challan, if already not filed, shall not be produced in the
Court of law without prior permission of this Court.
Alteration/modification on laying motion.
CD file shall also be produced on the next date of hearing.
