Advocates, for the petitioner.

Mr. Diwakar Dev Sharma, Additional Advocate General, for
the respondent/State.

Notice. Mr. Diwakar Dev Sharma, learned Additional

Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on

behalf of the respondent-State and seeks time to file status

report.

List on 25.02.2025, on which date, respondent/State shall

also file Status report.

The petitioner-accused apprehends his arrest in a case

registered against him vide FIR No.204 of 2024 dated

17.11.2024, under Sections 298, 194(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190,

115(2), 324(4), 352, 351(2), 196(2), 118(1), 118(2), 132, 121(1),

111 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 at

Police Station, Shimla West, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

In view of the averments in the application and also the

submissions made by learned counsel, it is directed that in the

event of arrest of the petitioner-accused in this case, he shall be

released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds in the

sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the

satisfaction of the arresting Police Officer/Investigating Officer,

subject to following conditions:-

(i) Petitioner, at the first instance, shall appear before
the Investigating Officer, Police Station, Shimla
West, District Shimla, on 22.01.2025 at 11.30 a.m;

(ii) Petitioner shall join the investigation of case as and
when called for by the Investigating Officer in
accordance with law;

(iii). Petitioner shall not hamper the investigation in any
manner whatsoever;

(iv). Petitioner shall not contact the complainants,
threaten or browbeat them or to use any pressure
tactics in any manner whatsoever;

(v). Petitioner shall not leave India without prior
permission of the Court;

(vii). Petitioner shall not make any inducement threat or
promise, directly or indirectly, to the investigating officer
or any person acquainted with the facts of the case to
dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court
or any Police Officer or tamper with the evidence.
