In the instant petition, the petitioners have sought jurisdiction
under Section 528 of BNSS thereby challenging FIR No. 0066 dated
05.06.2023 registered under Sections 452, 3234 & 506 IPC on the
complaint of respondent No. 2, real brother of petitioner No. 1 and
maternal uncle of petitioner No. 2 and Challan prepared and produced by
respondent No. 1 pending disposal in the Court of learned Special
Municipal Mobile Magistrate (1st Civil Subordinate Judge, Jammu).

Notice to the respondents in the main petition as well as interim
application. Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG accepts notice on
behalf of respondent No. 1. She seeks and is granted two weeks’ time to
file response.

Let notice go to respondent No. 2, returnable within two weeks.
Requisite steps for service within one week. Dasti service is also
permitted.
