[1] Present Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted

by Ms. Jinita, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs. Ch. Sundari,

learned G.A. for the State respondent, Mr. Y. Nirmolchand, learned

senior counsel assisted by Mr. L. Raju, learned counsel for respondent

No. 2, Mr. Sarvan Kumar, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 and

Mr. Tondon Thokchom, learned counsel for respondent No. 4.

[2] The main grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner

submitted a bid on 30.08.2024 at 1:52 p.m. within the stipulated time at

2:00 p.m. However, the bid of the petitioner was not considered as time

bar.

[3] Mr. Y. Nirmolchand, learned senior counsel for

respondent No. 2, prays for one week’s time for taking instruction in

this regard and file counter affidavit, if required.

[4] Mr. Tondon Thokchom, learned counsel for respondent

No. 4, also prays for filing counter affidavit.

[5] Mr. Sarvan Kumar, learned counsel for respondent No. 3,

has already filed counter affidavit.

[6] Parties may complete the pleadings on or before the next

date. Till then, earlier interim order is extended till the next date.

[7] Learned counsel for respondent No. 3 has filed an

application being MC(WP(C) No. 810 of 2024 for vacating the interim

order and the same will be considered on the next date.
