1. The petitioners pray for a direction upon the competent authority

under the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 for

consideration of the representation dated 28th August, 2024.

2. Without going into the merit of the said representation, the

instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the competent

authority under the West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1972

to consider and dispose of the representation dated 28th August,

2024 in accordance with law, after giving reasonable opportunity

of hearing to the petitioners and all other necessary parties by

passing a reasoned order.

3. Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest, but positively

within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of

this order. The reasoned order passed shall be communicated to

all the parties immediately thereafter.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merit of

the representation made by the petitioners and all points are left

open to be decided by the aforesaid respondent at the time of

consideration of the said representation.

5. Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to forward a copy

of the representation dated 28th August, 2024 to the competent

authority at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

6. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be

supplied to the parties upon compliance of all legal formalities.
