2. File is taken up on oral mention of learned
counsel for applicant/accused.

3. None present for respondent-C.B.I.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant would
submit that the case was listed for 23.01.2025,
however, due to the local election in State of
Uttarakhand, the vacation Bench is not sitting on
23.01.2025, therefore, this case may be taken up.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant-accused
would further submit that the medical condition of
the applicant is critical, therefore, the State may be
directed to provide best possible treatment at the
Government Doon Hospital to the applicant/
accused.

6. This is innocuous prayer.

7. In view of the above, the respondent is
directed to provide the best medical treatment to the
applicant/accused at Higher Centre till next date of
listing. Mr. G.S. Sandhu, learned Additional A.G.
present in this Court; is requested to communicate
this order to the Jail Authorities.

8. List on 28.01.2025.

9. Let a certified copy of this order be supplied
to learned counsel for the parties today itself as per
Rules.
