   01.      1.       Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the
            State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s. 438 Cr.P.C. filed
by the Petitioner in apprehension of arrest for his alleged
involvement in the offences under Sections
147
/148/341/294/323/307/506/149 IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the State submitted that there is
a criminal antecedent standing in the name of the present
Petitioner.

4. Keeping in view the allegations appearing in the FIR
and other documents and the nature of allegations as
emerged from the materials on record, the circumstances
appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences,
while this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail,
it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders and
moves for bail in connection with Saintala PS Case No.
105 of 2024 corresponding to GR Case No. 97 of 2024
pending before the learned JMFC-(S), Saintala within a
period of three weeks hence, the Petitioner shall be
released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be
deemed jut and proper by the said court subject to deposit
of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) in the manner
to be directed by the said court. The ABLAPL is disposed
of accordingly.
