This Second Appeal, under Section 100 of CPC has been filed against the
judgment and decree dated 17.01.2024 passed by First District Judge, Mungaoli,
District Ashok Nagar (M.P.) in RCA No.15/2022 as well as against judgment and
decree dated 30.06.2022 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mungaoli,
District Ashok Nagar (M.P.) in Civil Suit No.79A/2012.
2. The facts necessary for disposal of present appeal, in short, are that the
respondent filed a suit for declaration of title and permanent injunction as well as
for declaration of sale deed dated 08.11.2006 as null and void to the extent of his
share.
