                                      Vs.

DEPUTY LABOUR COMMISSIONER AND ORS ...Respondent(s)

Through:
CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJESH SEKHRI, JUDGE

                                 ORDER

23-01-2025

The petitioners have questioned the order dated 11.01.2025, passed
by the Appellate Authority, under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972
(Deputy Labour Commissioner, Kashmir Division) [the Appellate
Authority], primarily on the ground that it has decided and disposed of the
appeal preferred by them without adverting to the pleas and grounds raised
by them in the appeal, in a slipshod fashion, which is not permissible under
law.

Prima facie case for indulgence is made out.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within a period of four
weeks.

Requisite steps for service upon respondents within one week.
List on 05.04.2025.

Meanwhile, impugned order shall stay.
