Baazar Style Retail Limited‘s Board of Directors, has approved, the the re-appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the internal auditors of the company for the FY 2025-26 of the Company on the recommendation of Audit Committee to take effect from April 1, 2025.
Ernst & Young LLP has been performing the Internal Audit of the Company since FY 2021-22 and finding their performance satisfactory, the Board has decided to reappoint M/s Ernst & Young LLP as the Internal Auditors for the FY 2025-26 on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
The firm provides services in the fields of audit and assurance, tax and regulatory, transaction advisory and consulting keeping in mind the regulatory and commercial environment within which the Firm’s clientele operate.
