30.05.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 406,
420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 34 and 120B of the Indian
Penal Code, 1860, registered with Police Station Dahod ‘B’
Division, District Dahod.
2) Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on
consideration of the fact that the allegations are alleged
based on documentary evidence and after completion of
investigation, challan has already been filed. In the
present case, the petitioner is a person who purchased the
property in the year 2021 and the change of land use was
between 2011 to 2018, and that he is in custody since last
more than 7 months and about 111 witnesses have to be
examined by the prosecution in the case. Considering all
the facts and attending circumstances, without expressing
any opinion on the merits of the case, we deem it
appropriate to release the petitioner on bail.
3) Accordingly, we direct to release the petitioner on
bail on furnishing the suitable bail bonds and sureties and
on such other terms and conditions as may be deemed fit by
the trial Court.
4) Petitioner to abide all the conditions as imposed and
shall regularly attend the trial until exempted by the
Court. Violation, if any, may give a cause to take recourse
as permissible and the trial Court is at liberty to do the
needful.
5) Accordingly, and in view of the foregoing, the special

leave petition stands allowed. Pending application(s), if
any, shall stand disposed of.
