01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and
learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with C.T. Case No.1023 of 2024 pending
on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Udala, arising out of
Udala P.S. Case No.368 of 2024 for commission of
offences punishable under Sections 406/ 498(A)/
504/506/323/341/379/34 IPC and Section 4 of the
D.P Act.
3. Petitioner Nos.1,2,3 and 5 are in-laws and
Petitioner No.4 is the husband.

4. Taking into account the nature of allegation
and the manner in which the case has been
instituted, it is directed that in the event of arrest of
the Petitioners in connection with the aforesaid case,
they shall be released on bail by the learned Court in
seisin on such terms and conditions deemed just and
proper with further conditions that they will cooperate
with the investigation.
5. Violation of any of the above condition(s) shall
entail cancellation of bail.
6. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted
as per rules.
