About the Workshop
A five-day advanced workshop on Real Estate — Project Management & Financing, organised by the Centre for Law & Urban Development (CLUD), NLU Delhi, in association with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices India, scheduled from 25 to 29 August 2025.
Designed for legal professionals, students pursuing post graduation, academics, and industry experts, this programme offers a deep dive into the practical and regulatory dimensions of real estate practice. The workshop will cover a range of critical and practice-oriented subjects within the real estate sector, including:
1. Due Diligence for Real Estate Builders
2. Real Estate Financing
3. Dispute Resolution Mechanisms
4. Regulatory and Financial Transactions in Real Estate
5. Navigating insolvency in real estate sector
The workshop combines expert-led lectures with interactive discussions, giving participants both sectoral knowledge and tools for real-world problem-solving. Pre-reading materials will be provided, and a certificate will be awarded on completion.
