On December 30, A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd received a demand notice by Goods and Services Tax Department (GST) for the Financial Year 2017-18 to Financial Year 2022-23, for an amount of ₹ 9,60,52,816/- (Indian Rupees Nine Crores Sixty Lakh Fifty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Sixteen only) including penalties.
The interests shall be further calculated at applicable under the provisions of Section 50 of the CGST Act, 2017 read with relevant provisions of SGST Act,2017 further read with Section 20 of the IGST Act,2017.
The disclosure was made to the exchange under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
