1. Mr. Amit Kapri, learned counsel for the
applicant.
2. Mr. Tumul Nailwal, learned Assistant
Government Advocate with Mr. Chitrarath
Kandpal, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Present applicant is praying for anticipatory
bail in relation to FIR dated 19.06.2025 bearing FIR
No. 0182 of 2025, Police Station – Vikas Nagar,
District – Dehradun wherein present applicant has
been implicated for the offence punishable under
Section 8, 21, 29 of the NDPS Act.
4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits
that present applicant is innocent and has been
implicated falsely. He further submits that present
applicant has been implicated only on the basis of
statement made by co-accused Nazmeen @ Munni
though she has no connection with co-accused
Nazmeen @ Munni.
5. On the other side, learned State Counsel on
instructions submits that applicant has criminal
history of three cases, out of which, two pertains
to NDPS Act.
6. After hearing learned counsel for the parties
and further taking into consideration the
seriousness of the offences and the fact that
applicant has past criminal history of three cases,
out of which, two pertains to NDPS Act, this
Court is of the view that applicant does not
deserve for anticipatory bail.
7. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail is rejected.
