The Plaintiff has filed this suit for the relief of declaration
to declare his name as “ABBURI VEMA REDDY” and the name
of his wife as “LALITHA.G.” in the place of “VEMA REDDY” and
“LALITHA” and sought for direction to the Defendant No.2 to
rectify his name as per the above said declaration in the place
of VEMA REDDY and “LALITHA” and issue Birth Certificate
afresh.
2. The brief facts of the Plaintiff’s Case is that his
daughter by name A.Sushma was born on 14.11.2010 at
Bangalore. Now she is studying in 9 th standard. In the Birth
Certificate of his daughter, his name was mentioned as ‘Vema
O.S.NO.1125/2025
Reddy’ instead of ‘Abburi Vema Reddy’. The name of his wife
was entered as ‘Lalitha’ instead of ‘Lalitha.G.’.
