This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2,
8, 9, 11 and 13 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.391
of 2018 pending on the file of the XI Additional Judicial Magistrate
of First Class, Ranga Reddy District at Rajendranagar, registered for
the offences under Sections 336 and 279 r/w. 34 of IPC and Sections
180, 182(1), 183(2), 184, 189, 190(2) and 196 of M.V. Act.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Jithender Rao
Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the
respondent-State and perused the record.
3. Though the petition is filed for quashing the proceedings,
during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners
has restricted his prayer to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial
in C.C.No.391 of 2018 and dispose of the same at the earliest and
also to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners
before the trial Court.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet is of
the year 2018, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the trial
Court to dispose of C.C.No.391 of 2018, as expeditiously as
possible, preferably, within a period of four (04) months from the
date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The appearance of the petitioners/accused Nos.2, 8, 9, 11 and
13 before the trial Court is dispensed with, unless their presence is
specifically required during the course of trial, subject to the
condition of petitioners being represented by their counsel on every
date of hearing.
6. With the above observations, this Criminal Petition is
disposed of.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
