1. In the instant appeal filed under section 374 Cr.P.C. read with Section 410

of J&K Cr.P.C., the appellant has challenged the judgment of conviction

dated 31.12.2024 passed by the court of learned Principal Sessions Judge,

Rajouri in police challan No. 73 of 2015 titled, ‘State of J&K vs. Abdul

Qayoom‘ for commission of offences under section 7/25 Arms Act and

Section 2/3 of E&IMCO and also for setting aside the order of sentence

dated 31.12.2024 passed by the said court.

2. Notice in main appeal as well as in CrlM.

3. Notice waived by Mr. Bhanu Jasrotia, GA. He seeks and is granted three

weeks’ time to file objections in CrlM No. 67/2025.

4. The Registry is directed to summon the record from the court of Principal

Sessions Judge, Rajouri before the next date of hearing.
