1. The present appeal is filed challenging the judgment dated
11.03.2020 (hereafter ‘impugned judgment’) and the order on
sentence dated 02.06.2020 (hereafter ‘impugned order on
sentence’), passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tis
Hazari Courts, Delhi in SC No. 28735/2016 arising out of FIR
No. 268/16, registered at Police Station Burari.
2. By the impugned judgment, the appellant was convicted
for the offence punishable under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal
Code, 1860 (‘IPC’) and for offence under Section 5(m)
punishable under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from
Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (‘POCSO Act’).
