After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners
seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to
challenge award dated 15.07.2022 passed by the learned Arbitrator by
way of petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation
Act. His statement is taken on record. The petition is, dismissed as
withdrawn with leave and liberty as prayed for.
