In terms of order dated 29th April, 2025, application filed by the

petitioner seeking condonation of delay in fling the review petition was

allowed by this Court subject to deposit of entire decretal amount to the tune

of Rs.13,50,000/- ( Rs.50,000/- in each and rest by way of bank guarantee)

within a period of two weeks.

The needful has not been done till date by the petitioner despite

availing number of opportunities. Even there was no representation on

behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing. Position continues to be

the same as on today as well. This shows that the petitioner is not interested

in pursuing this petition.

Accordingly, this review petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
