The Board of Directors of the Associated Alcohols & Breweries Limited has approved the appointment of Abhinav Mathur as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Full-time managerial Personnel) of the Company, effective January 24.
He has a professional experience of around 16 years of post-qualification expertise in corporate governance, legal compliance, and secretarial practices.
A Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he also holds qualifications in Law, Finance, and Banking, along with specialized certifications in Corporate Restructuring, IPO, and NBFC compliances.
He has also served as the Head Company Secretary for the Gokul Group, overseeing compliance for its listed and unlisted companies, including Gokul Refoils and Solvent Limited (a BSE & NSE listed entity) of which he was Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and he has previously held leadership roles at Torrent Power Limited (BSE & NSE listed entity), managing secretarial functions for listed and unlisted entities, and independently handled the company secretarial operations of Kopran Limited(a BSE & NSE listed entity)under Parijat Group.
The disclosure to the exchange was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
