The Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Money Limited has approved the appointment of M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered, as the Company’s Statutory Auditors.
The advisory and audit firm is set to hold the office for the 2nd term of five consecutive years from the conclusion of the ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company till the conclusion of the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP is a part of a global network of independent member firms, collectively known as Deloitte. Deloitte provides a range of professional services including audit & assurance, tax, consulting, financial advisory, and risk advisory.
