1. The applicant has filed the instant application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with prayer for quashing the charge-sheet dated 28.07.2022 as well as the Cognizance order dated 15.12.2022 and the entire proceeding of Case No.4520 of 2022 (State vs. Ajay Dwivedi) arising out of Case Crime No.0142 of 2022 under Sections 354(B), 506, 354(D), 342 & 387 IPC, Police Station – Karchhana, District – Prayagraj pending in the Court of learned Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), 23, Allahabad on the basis of compromise dated 6.12.2023 and mediation report dated 24.05.2024 entered into between the parties.

2. Learned counsel for both the parties i.e. applicants as well as opposite party No.2 submits that the parties have settled their disputes amicably and they do not want to litigate further. Learned counsel further submits that in paragraph No.6 of the divorce petition filed mutually, the details of cases pending between the parties have been mentioned and, in paragraph 7(g) of the Mediation Report of Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court dated 24.5.2024, it has been mentioned that both the parties want that all the matters shall be decided as per compromise mentioned in paragraph No.6 of the divorce petition filed mutually. They further submits that out of the eight cases pending in the Trial Court for adjudication, proceedings of some matters have already been quashed by this Court on the basis of the said Mediation Report, however, the following four cases are still pending :
