1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the material available on record.

By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicants have assailed the order dated 24.04.2025 passed by Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No.9, Faizabad, on discharge application (19ba) and order of framing of charge dated 28.05.2025 against the applicants for the offence under Section 308 I.P.C.
3. The aforesaid is for the reason that the application dated 06.03.2025 (Annexure No.4) was preferred by the applicants seeking discharge for the offence under Section 308 I.P.C. and vide order dated 24.04.2024 this application has been rejected.
