1. The present application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (formerly Section 439 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 19732) seeks regular bail in FIR No. 543/2023 dated 8th
October, 2023, registered under Sections 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code,
18603 (modified to Sections 304/34 of IPC subsequent to information being
received regarding death of the victim) at P.S. Malviya Nagar. The
Applicant’s previous regular bail applications before the Trial Court have
been denied on three occasions by orders dated 2nd July, 2024, 6th
November, 2024, and 20th January, 2025.
