1. The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (earlier Section 482 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 19732) seeks quashing of FIR No. 338/20213 under Section 279
of the Indian Penal Code, 18604, registered at P.S. Roop Nagar and all
proceedings emanating therefrom. A chargesheet has also been filed in the
said FIR.
