1. The present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 19732) is directed against order dated 15th April, 20253,
passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-02, South East District,
Saket Court, New Delhi, in Criminal Revision No. 273/2024, titled as
Amarendra Dhari Singh v. Aditi Singh & Ors.
2. In short, the Petitioner had filed Complaint Case No. 341/2022 titled
Amarendra Dhari Singh v. Aditi Singh & Ors. before the Chief
Metropolitan Magistrate4 seeking registration of an FIR against Respondent
Nos. 2 to 5 under Sections 403, 406, 417 and 420 read with Section 120B of
“BNSS”
