01. On behalf of the respondent No. 1, Ms. Sugandh Gandotra,

Advocate vice Mrs. Monika Kohli, learned Senior AAG and

on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2 & 3, Mr. Rajnish Raina,

Advocate enters appearance in the matter.

02. The matter is in between the petitioner and the respondent

Nos. 2 & 3, as such, respondent No. 1 needs not to come

up with any reply/response to the writ petition.

03. Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 are granted four weeks’ time for

filing the reply/response to the writ petition.

04. Send for the record of file No. STJ/19/2024 of 2024 titled –

Amarjeet Singh Vs. Deputy Commissioner (N),
2 WP(C) No. 2503/2024
CM No. 6094/2024

Municipal Corporation Jammu” disposed of vide an order

dated 30.09.2024 from the J&K Special Tribunal, Jammu.

05. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to place on

record the latest photographs of the building premises in

question from all four sides’ directions.

06. In terms of an order dated 18.10.2024, this Court has

stayed the operation of the impugned order meaning

thereby the purported demolition intended in terms of the

demolition order is under stay.

07. The petitioner is also directed not to undertake any further

addition/alteration in any manner whatsoever qua the

premises in reference.

08. List again on 25.02.2025.

09. Registry is directed to reflect the name of Mr. Sachin Dev

Singh, Advocate for the petitioner in the cause list.
