Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon order

dated 18.03.2025 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5873/2025

titled as Arif Khan vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. decided by

Principal Seat, Jodhpur and order dated 07.10.2024 passed in

Dimpal Kumari vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. registered as

S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14929/2024 and has submitted

that the present lis is no more res integra and the present matter

can be disposed of in terms of Dimpal Kumari (Supra).

Learned counsel for the respondents has not made any

objection qua the same.

In light of the above, the instant petition is disposed of in

terms of the ratio made applicable in the afore-relied judgments.

For the sake of convenience the relevant extract from Dimpal

Kumari (Supra) is reproduced herein below:

“These writ petitions are disposed of in
following terms as agreed and requested by
learned counsels for the respective parties:

(1) One post of Female Health Worker
pursuant to advertisement dated 19.05.2023
shall be kept vacant for each of the
petitioners in the district(s) of their
preference vis-a-vis their merit position till
final verification of their experience
certificate.

(2) The petitioners shall be posted as per
their preference vis-a-vis their merit position
if found eligible ultimately qua their
experience certificate.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands
disposed of accordingly.”

In terms of the above, the present petition is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed.
