The Private Complaint is filed by the Complainant under
Section 200 of Cr.P.C against the accused alleging that he has
committed the offence punishable under Section 138 of
Negotiable Instruments Act.
2. The brief facts of the complaint are as follows:
The complainant submits that the Accused is a real estate
agent and expertise in land dealings such as buying and selling
real estate properties in various part of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu
and other States. Further the Accused is also Managing
Director of company names Centaur Datacorp Pvt. Ltd., office
at Chandra Layout, Bengaluru.
It is further submitted that the Complainant got
introduced Accused through a common friend in the year 2015.
Since then both are known to each other and are very close
friendship.
