            Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying

that in the circumstances stated in the affidavI't filed thereWith, the High
Court may be pleased to grant an order, direction or writ, more so in the
nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the high-handed action of the
Respondents in not considering the Petitioner on par with other recognized
service associations under the administrative control of the Director. of
Medical Education and the Director of Secondary Health Services to avail
exemption of transfers of its office bearers as issued in Circular Memo
GADO1 -SWOSERA/27/2019-SW, GA (Services Welfare) Department dated
15.06.2022 despite their representations dated 09.ll.2023,19.03.2025
