Mr. Dasgupta, learned Counsel for the defendant nos. 1,2,3 & 4
submitted that a copy of GA No. 26 of 2024 as well as GA No. 27 of 2024 has
not yet been received. The applicant shall serve a copy of applications (hard
copies) to the defendant nos. 1,2,3 & 4.
Learned Counsel for the defendant nos. 5 to 9 seeks for extension of time
for filling of affidavit-in-opposition against the said two applications, namely
GA No. 26 of 2024 and GA No. 27 of 2024. Time is extended.
Affidavit-in-opposition shall be filed within two weeks from date;
affidavit-in-reply, if any, within two weeks thereafter.
The matter will appear in the list on 10th March, 2025.
