3. These are appeals filed under section 415(2) read with section 528 of
BNSS challenging the judgment dated 29.02.2024 and order on sentence
dated 27.11.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC –

appellants have been convicted for the offences under Sections
143/147/148/323/325/149 of IPC, 1860 and have been sentenced to undergo
rigorous imprisonment for a maximum period of 3 years.
4. For the reasons stated in the appeal, issue notice. Mr. Gautam, learned
APP accepts notice on behalf of the State.

7. The Trial Court Record be requisitioned in digitized form and be
annexed with the Court file.

8. These are applications filed under section 430 read with section 528
of BNSS seeking suspension of sentence of the appellants during the
pendency of the appeal.
9. It is stated that the learned Trial Court on 27.11.2024 has already
suspended the sentence of the appellants till 26.12.2024.
10. Issue notice. Mr Gautam, learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the
State.
11. In the meanwhile, the order of suspension of sentence of the
appellants, dated 27.11.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions
Judge (FTC – 01) (South), Saket, New Delhi shall continue during the
pendency of the appeal.
12. The appellants are directed to complete all the necessary formalities,
including furnishing of bail bond before the learned Trial Court on
