Police Station, Aurangabad City, Aurangabad; and FIR

No.455/2023 registered for offences under Sections

406, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 217, 120-B read

with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and

Sections 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Protection of

Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments)

Act, 1999, with CIDCO Police Station, Aurangabad

City, Aurangabad alleging irregularities in loan

approvals and failure to comply with statutory

mandates.

The appellants – Anil Kumar and Pandit seek

anticipatory bail whereas the appellant – Devidas

seeks regular bail.

We have heard the learned counsel appearing for

the parties.

Considering the fact that the charge sheet has

already been filed, we are inclined to grant

anticipatory bail to the appellants Anil Kumar and

Pandit.

Further, considering the fact that the appellant

– Devidas has undergone incarceration for more than 1

year 4 months and that the charge sheet has been

filed qua him as well, we are inclined to grant him

regular bail.

Accordingly, the impugned orders stand set aside

and the appellants – Anil Kumar and Pandit are

granted anticipatory bail on terms and conditions

which are to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, and

the appellant – Devidas is granted regular bail on

terms and conditions which are to the satisfaction of

the trial Court.

The appeals stand allowed accordingly.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand

disposed of.
