Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

petitioner has filed a representation dated 17.03.2025 (Annexure-

8) for consideration of his grievance, but the respondents have

given a deaf ear to the same.

In the facts and circumstances, this Court deems it apposite

to dispose the present petition with the liberty to the petitioner to

file a legal representation in addition to representation dated

17.03.2025 (Annexure-8) within a period of three days, from the

date of receipt of certified copy of this judgment. The same be

considered in an upper limit of 15 days thereafter, by way of a

speaking order, in light of the directions encapsulated in judgment

of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. reported in

(SBCWP No. 1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-

JP:5792) and circular dated 19.02.2024 passed by Chief

Secretary, Rajasthan.

However, if the grievance of petitioner still survives, the

petitioner can initiate contempt proceedings or may file a writ

petition, if deemed essential.

In light of above, the present petition is disposed of. Pending

applications, if any, shall stand disposed.
