Leave granted.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present
case, including the period of incarceration undergone and the fact
that the appellant, Anshuman Ranjitsingh Negi, has voluntarily
deposited ₹8,59,000/- (Rupees eight lakhs fifty-nine thousand only)
before the trial court, we accept the present appeal and direct
that the appellant, Anshuman Ranjitsingh Negi, shall be released on
bail during the pendency of the trial in connection with First
Information Report/Crime No.11201001230006/2023 dated 29.08.2023
registered with Police Station – CID Crime Gandhinagar Zone,
District – Gandhinagar, Gujarat, for the offence(s) punishable
under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian
Penal Code, 1860, on terms and conditions to be fixed by the trial
court.

Reason: In addition to the terms and conditions fixed by the trial
court, the appellant, Anshuman Ranjitsingh Negi, shall also provide
the mobile number on which he can be contacted by the Investigating

ascertain his whereabouts, while he is on bail.
The impugned judgment dated 23.07.2024, as corrected vide
order dated 30.07.2024, is set aside and the appeal is allowed in
the aforesaid terms.
We clarify that the observations made in this order are for
disposal of the present appeal and for grant of bail and the same
shall not be treated as an expression of opinion on the merits of
the case.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
