About the Programme
The International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) is currently accepting applications for its Scholarship, Internship, and Research Programme for the year 2026. This initiative offers selected candidates the opportunity to conduct in-depth research in the field of international private law at the UNIDROIT headquarters in Rome.
Eligibility
The programme is open to students, recent graduates, young professionals, and researchers with a strong interest in international private law. Applicants should demonstrate academic excellence and a commitment to contributing meaningfully to legal research in line with UNIDROIT’s mandate.
Roles and Responsibilities
Participants will be expected to undertake focused research activities related to UNIDROIT’s work, including but not limited to uniform law instruments and private international law. They will engage with ongoing legal research projects, contribute to the Institute’s publications, and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.
