About the Organisers
NMIMS Hyderabad, an integral part of SVKM’s NMIMS Deemed to be University, was established in 1981 and is now one of the top educational institutions in India. Details of the Event
The National Arbitral Award Drafting Competition, 2025, will be held on 13th September 2025 in online mode. It provides a unique platform for law students to draft well-reasoned arbitral awards, bridging theory and practice in arbitration. Participants will develop analytical and critical thinking skills while networking with peers and experts in the field.
Eligibility
- Open to all students enrolled in:
- Integrated 5-year LL.B. programmes
- 3-year LL.B. programmes from any recognised law school, university, or institution in India.
- Individual participation and teams of two are allowed, with no restriction on the number of participants from one institution.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be in Word (.doc/.docx) and PDF formats, with filenames including the Team Code and shall be mailed to the provided email address.
- Word limit: 4,000 words.
- Plagiarism limit: 10%
